We have a strict booking deposit policy in place due to repeat no-shows and last-minute cancellations. To reserve the appointment time, a $50 deposit amount is required to secure the appointment time and date. The deposit can NOT be transferred to another location and can only be applied to the location the booking is made. The deposit will be applied to your treatment service. If more than 24hours notice is given this credit can be carried over to the next available date. DEPOSITS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE; however, if you meet this requirement, they are transferable.

We understand that unexpected situations may force you to cancel your appointment. If this occurs, we politely request a cancellation call 24 hours before your booked appointment. Your money will be forfeited if you miss, cancel, or change your appointment with less than 24 hours notice. The deposit can NOT be transferred to another location and can only be applied to the location the booking is made.

Must be used by the recipient named on the voucher.

Gift Voucher can only be used at the salon location it was purchased for and not transferable to another location.

Voucher Purchase Price has a 3 year Expiry Date and must be redeemed by the expiry date.

Voucher Number is required at the time of booking.

Can be redeemed for a service of the same or lesser value, or you can upgrade by paying the difference.

Is not cash refundable and no refunds will be issued for differences in value if the entire value is not redeemed.

Cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers or be exchanged for cash.
